About Heather
Heather Vaughn, a dedicated real estate professional with roots in Texas and Arkansas, has been a full-time Arkansan since 2000. Heather began her career in 2003 at Lake Hamilton Realty, Inc. In 2019, she founded Caddo River Realty, Inc., where her passion and client-first approach quickly propelled the agency to become a top producer in the local market. In 2022, Heather achieved a personal milestone by acquiring Lake Hamilton Realty, Inc., the firm where her real estate career began. In 2025, she opened a Caddo River Realty, Inc. branch office in Mt. Ida. Recognized as the 2024 Realtor of the Year by the Hot Springs Board of Realtors, Heather actively supports nearly 50 agents across her offices alongside her husband, Barry Bankhead. A committed community leader, she serves on multiple real estate boards, has held the position of Treasurer and Vice President of the Glenwood Chamber of Commerce, and is currently Treasurer of the Hot Springs Board of Realtors. In 2024, she founded BK Real Estate School, where she teaches pre-license, post-license, and continuing education classes, currently instructing the salesperson pre-license course at Caddo Hills School District. Heather approaches every transaction with honesty, fairness, and hard work, fostering long-lasting relationships. Outside of work, she loves traveling with Barry and their children, Brody and Kynleigh, and cheering them on at basketball games
